Our Commercial Division has performed pre-construction analyses on over 5,000 new construction, renovation and work-out projects. We also perform periodic “observations” in which we monitor the quality, compliance, cost and rate of completion. We address the condition of existing properties in our full and limited property condition assessment evaluations. All of our inspections come with detailed reports and photographs enumerating observations, problems and progress and providing funding recommendations.
The Residential Division provides weekly house inspection services for lending institutions and mortgage companies and also does budget/plan reviews for acquisition and development loans. We do periodic monitoring of quality of work, compliance, cost and rate of completion for A&D loans and for renovation and rehabilitation projects and provide our observations in comprehensive and meticulous reports with relevant photographs.
